Visiting our site does not require that you register and provide personal
information to browse our information or products. The only personal information
we collect is the information you knowingly provide when placing your
order or when contacting us to discuss your program needs. In addition,
all information is strictly confidential, and we do not resell or give

other than the Agents we contract with to perform services on our behalf.
These reputable agents provide services that include delivering of packages,
customer service, processing credit card payments, and collections on
overdue accounts. They have access to personal information needed to perform

Returns
Damaged or incorrect products may be returned for replacement at no charge;
however, instructions included in the order (the Return Merchandise Authorization
Form) should be followed to ensure proper replacement or reimbursement.
All returns must be made within 30-days. Unless the order is shipped incorrectly,
a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed, and the client is responsible
for all shipping charges to return products to the warehouse.
Shipping
All packages are shipped DHL Ground Service:
Orders less than $100.00: Flat charge of $10.00
Orders $100.01 to $200.00: 10% of order total
Orders $200.01 to $300.00: 8% of order total
Orders $300.01+: 6% of order total
Packages shipped DHL Next Day Service:
Ground Service charges PLUS $25.00
Packages shipped DHL 2nd Day Service:
Ground Service charges PLUS $15.00
Taxes
Taxes will be collected in the following states:
ILLINOIS
LOUISIANA
TENNESSEE
TEXAS
Taxes will be applied to the Total cost of the order INCLUDING all shipping
